Grief over the loss of a loved one is one of the most difficult things that people must face. While grief of a loss due to death may come first to mind, there are many other faces of loss, and each person's pain, as well as path to healing, is unique.

Cedar Park Therapy offers a caring and gentle space where you will be supported as you move through your grieving process. The feelings associated with your loss may be overwhelming, having someone to support you and listen to you is helpful. You do not have to go through your grief alone.
